Neck Pillow & Yoga !!?
i just got a Hugger Mugger Neck Pillow......It is 3.75 pounds! Is there any downside to wearing the Neck Pillow for several hours a day as I work on the computer or walk around.....and What are the benefits? My shoulders hunch up due to stress etc. Is the pillow good for that ? and for the Spine, etc ? Thanks!
I see a chiropractor when I get too hunched up. And I work out so that my shoulders don't hold all the stress. Also a rice bag that you can get at a drug store helps. Just pop it in the microwave for 2 min and bam the best heat relaxer ever.
